Existence of the motherWhat if I told you I could see to the end of days  See to the end of life, to the end of humanity  I could see the end of all the that we hold dear  And tell you that day is not long away.   
The Mother that sustains grows weary and weak  Dying from the plague that consumes all  Cries for the destruction to cease  Are lost in the echoes of false progress   
Growing weary and weak under all this strain  Pushing beyond limits to nourish that which destroys  Becoming hostile and dangerous in response  Trying to save the little left of herself.

Back after almost a year... Eep

~sighs~ wow... it been such a crazy year... my computer got a virus back at the end of December '08... quickly followed by me slipping on ice and hurting my back, wrists, and knee. >.< So I had a few months of physical rehab, and money constantly going out for health related issues, and unable to pay to get my pc fixed for a bit. Not to mention my ever-growing toddler keeping me busy and financially strapped... Eep.

But ended up having a friend taking a look and wiping my computer clean. -Should- have had everything back up and running a month ago, but my internet provider kept screwing up the internet order... not sure how that kept happening, but ah well. Important thing is- I am back online!

AND!!!

While I was gone- I started working on a HUGE project =) Creating the fantasy series that I've been really REALLY wanting to write for a long time. I've gotten maps drawn up and geographical profiles worked out, creation myths figured out, genealogies for royal families mapped out, a unique language I'm steadily building... Not to mention putting my knowledge from my jewelry design days to good use to design realistic magical artifacts. I've got the majority of plot line figured out for most of the series, and have finally gotten through enough of the foundation work that I feel comfortable writing the actual story =) So have my prologue and first few chapters done. My son starts school in a few weeks, and with a school bus picking him up and dropping him off directly home, I'll soon have a few hours everyday to dedicate solely towards writing =)

So yay! exciting stuff coming shortly!
